As a sophomore (2016)
• Did not play due to a preseason injury.
• Was given Cornell’s Jeff Stenstrom Memorial Award, presented to the freshman athlete who best exemplifies leadership qualities through dedication and strength of character.

As a freshman (2015)
• Served as the team’s primary back-up goalie during her rookie season and was solid in relief.
• Played in six games, making three starts, and posted a 2-1 record with victories over Maine and Vermont.
• Finished the season with an .800 save percentage and a 0.68 goals-against average with two shutouts.
• Posted two shutouts, good for third in the Ivy League.
• In her first collegiate action, she played the second half against Delaware and made a career-high four saves and allowed just one goal.
 
Prior to Cornell
• Earned four varsity letters at Wyoming Seminary College Preparatory School, serving as team captain as a senior.
• Helped her squad to a pair of AA State Championships (2011, 2013), as well as a district championship in 2011.
• Also lettered four times in swimming and softball.
• Served as captain of the swim team and took fourth place at the 2013 district championship in the medley relay.
• Was a two-time softball captain, and was a three-time All-American Scholar Athlete and a three-time Wyoming Valley conference all-star selection.
• Was also a member of the PA Elite Field Hockey Club from 2013 to 2015.
 
Personal
• Mackenzie Bryn Gagliardi is the daughter of Catherine Gagliardi and she has four sisters and three brothers.
• Her sister Devon played field hockey at Duke University, serving as field captain in 2013 and helping guide the Blue Devils to the NCAA title game.
• She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
