2020-21 Men's Rowing - Lightweight Roster
Biography
As a sophomore (2019-20)
• Coxed the Big Red’s lightweight four boat at the 55th Head of the Charles Regatta, helping the group place sixth among 16 boats in 16:18.277.
• Coxed the Cornell B 8+ boat in Flight 2 at the Cornell Autumn Classic, guiding the group to a time of 12:00.60.
• Guided the third varsity eight in Flight 1 at the Princeton Chase, helping the boat clock a time of 14:21.201.
• Spring 2020 season canceled due to COVID-19.
As a freshman (2018-19)
• Coxed the fourth varsity eight for all but one race of the 2018-19 season, in which she served as coxswain of the third varsity eight.
• Helped the fourth varsity eight advance its boat to the Grand Finals of the EARC Sprints, placing fifth overall.
• Also coxed one of the two Cornell varsity four boats against Dartmouth.
Prior to Cornell
• Was a four-year member of the Pocock Rowing Center.
• Coxswain for the varsity women's team.
• Competed in the varsity eight a the San Diego Classic in 2016.
Personal
• Lindsey Nicole Gibbons is the daughter of Tim and Abra Gibbons and she has two sisters and one brother.
• Grandmother and grandfather both graduated from Cornell's College of Arts and Sciences.
• Enrolled in the College of Human Ecology.
