• Hogan was a two-time all-state honoree at Glens Falls HS, earning first-team honors as a senior and third-team accolades as a junior.
• Garnered first-team all-league accolades in each of his final two seasons.
• Scored 67 points as a senior while putting 75 percent of his kickoffs through the end zone.
• Part of two state championship teams and one runner-up squad.
• Won three sectional titles.
• Also played lacrosse, earning all-section honorable mention honors as a senior.
• Part of two sectional title-winning lacrosse teams. 
• Lettered in golf.

• Sam Henry Hogan is the son of Dana and Michele Hogan and has an older sister.
• He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
