As a senior (2019)

• Earned second career All-Ivy League honor, receiving honorable mention.
• Named team's Most Valuable Player and Defensive Player of the Year at team's postseason banquet.
• One of three players to start all 15 games, leading in minutes played with 1,354 (removed for just 16 minutes of one game).
• Anchor of team's central defense, always matched up against opposition's most dangerous offensive players.

As a junior (2018)

• Selected to All-Ivy League second team.
• Named team's Defensive Player of the Year at team's postseason banquet.
• Never left the field, leading team with 1,403 minutes as pillar of central defense with frequent match-ups against opposition's top threats.
• One of two players on team to start all 15 games.

As a sophomore (2017)

• Led the team with 1,292 minutes played, seamlessly transitioning from flank to key cog in central defense.
• Named team's Most Improved Player at postseason banquet.
• Ranked third on the team by starting 13 of squad's 14 games.

As a freshman (2016)

• Only newcomer and one of just three players to start all 16 games, playing integral role on flank defense.
• Made her way forward to record one shot toward goal.

Prior to Cornell

• Competed on club level with nationally ranked NJ Stallions
• Served as captain for four years and competed in national championships in 2016.
• Captained Ramapo HS to New Jersey state championship in 2015, anchoring a defense that posted 20 shutouts.
• Regional All-American after senior season.
• Twice named to group's first-team all-state team
• Twice named to the all-North New Jersey first team.
• Three-time all-county selection.
• Member of the National Honor Society.
• Also has competed as sprinter in winter track with a hand in numerous school and county records, plus two trips to New Balance National Championships.

Personal

• Mary Abigail Adams is the daughter of John and Josie Adams, and she has one brother and one sister.
• Enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
