As a Senior (2017)
• Played valuable minutes during the bulk of his senior season, appearing in 10 games – including six-consecutive starts – to garner 570 minutes of game action.
• In five of his starts, never left the pitch, including a season-high 102 minutes played at Hartwick (10/17).
• Logged one shot at Yale (10/14) which was on goal.

As a Junior (2016)
• Proved to be a key cog on the Big Red backline during his junior season.
• Appeared in 14 fixtures - with 11 starts - and started the last six games, going the distance in all of them and logging a season total of 1,081 minutes. 
• Provided strong defensive cover and was a force in the air while occasionally advancing into the attacking third.
• Registered four shot attempts and one shot on goal.

As a Sophomore (2015)
• Saw his role in the back line grow, appearing in 11 games and playing eight in their entirety.
• Came in clutch at Yale, scoring his first career goal in overtime to lift the Big Red to a 2-1 win.
• Spent most of his 927 minutes of playing time at center back and was a key component of a Cornell defense that never allowed more than two goals in a game.

As a Freshman (2014)
• Appeared in six fixtures in his debut season.
• First appearance came at Colgate when he came off the bench to hold down a center back role.
• Biggest showing came in the season’s final game when he played 95 minutes in the overtime victory at Columbia.

Before Cornell
• Played three seasons for the Concorde Fire of the U.S. Soccer Development Academy, captaining the squad his senior year. • Team qualified for the playoffs each season.
• Was part of a state championship winning team as a sophomore at Woodward Academy after finishing as runner-up his freshman season.

Personal
• Allen Michael Capo is the son of Michael and Pamela Capo.
• He has a younger brother, Ryan.
