Biography

As a Freshman (2016)
Ashley appeared in six games as a freshman, making five starts while playing at least 45 minutes in all six caps. He went the full 90 minutes on three occasions and put in 100 minutes in a 2-1 overtime loss to Saint Francis.

Before Cornell
Ashley helped lead the FC Dallas squad to a U16 U.S. Development Academy Championship in 2014-15, after helping the U15 team to the national semifinal and finishing runner-up with the U14 side. With the U17 team, he played an integral role in the team’s advancement to the semifinals of the MLS Generation adidas Cup.

Austin Kyle Ashley is the son of Edward and Barbara Ashley. He has a twin sister, Amanda, and he is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
