Ladabaum appeared in one game during his inaugural season, putting in 45 minutes against American on Sept. 11. 

Before Cornell
As a captain of Juventus Academy U16 in 2014, Ladabaum helped lead the side to championships in the Dallas Cup and the Cerritos Memorial Challenge Cup. In 2013, his U17 squad was a finalist in the prestigious Copa Chivas in Mexico. His team was also the California Youth Soccer Association State Cup Champion in 2012. Ladabaum also played one season for Sequoia High School, earning a starting spot on the varsity team as a sophomore.
 
Personal
Benjamin Blumstein Ladabaum is the son of Uri and Sylvie Ladabaum. He has a youner brother, Ilan, and a twin sister, Ariele. His aunt, Evelyn Kim, graduated from Cornell, and his mother, Sylvie, graduated from Harvard. His sister, Ariele, is a member of the Class of 2020 at Brown. He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
