Senior Season — 2016
Daniels made a career-high eight appearances, all in the field, including a start in the team's Ivy League match against Princeton on Oct. 29. She fired four shots toward goal, with one requiring a save from Princeton's goalkeeper.

Junior Season — 2015
Daniels appeared in one game, playing 21 minutes in the field during the Big Red's season finale Nov. 7 at Dartmouth.

Sophomore Season — 2014
Daniels appeared in four games, all in goal, and registered her first career shutout in the Big Red's 1-0 victory Oct. 19 at NJIT. That game was her only start of the season, in addition to three relief appearances. She combined with Kelsey Tierney for a clean sheet in a Sept. 21 victory at Binghamton, earning the victory, and she made three saves in an Oct. 13 contest at Saint Bonaventure.

Freshman Season — 2013
Daniels appeared in a total of four games, including three in the field and once as a goalkeeper. She made her collegiate debut as a forward in the Big Red's scoreless deadlock with Buffalo on Sept. 10, then she appeared as a goalkeeper for more than 30 minutes in the team's 5-4 victory over Albany five days later.

Prior to Cornell
Daniels was a four-year starter for the Bullis School, where she was a two-time All-Independent Schools League Team selection and also earned honorable mention in a third season. She also earned honorable mention to The Washington Post’s 2011 Fall All-Met team, and was the Bullis School’s most valuable player in 2011 and defensive player of the year in 2009. She competed on the club level with the McLean MPS Power of the Elite Clubs National League, helping the team to numerous tournament championships.
 
Personal
Dana Bao Daniels is the daughter of Diana Daniels, and she has a younger sister. Her mother and uncle, Eric Daniels, both attended Cornell University. She is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
