At Mary Institute and Country Day School
A four-year starter at MICDS, McAleenan was named to the all-conference team four years and to the all-metro team twice. He was his team[apos]s captain as a senior and earned second-team all-state honors. As a three-year captain of his club team, the Gateway Strikers, McAleenan helped the squad bring home two Missouri state championships.

Drew Patrick McAleenan is the son of James and Cynthia McAleenan, and he has a younger brother. He is enrolled in Cornell[apos]s College of Arts and Sciences.
