Sophomore Season - 2009
Pereira suffered an injury during the preseason and was sidelined for the entire 2009 campaign.

Freshman Season - 2008
Pereira appeared in 13 games as a freshman, making seven starts on the year. He made his collegiate debut in the season-opener at California, then made his first career start in the loss to New Hampshire on Sept. 14. Pereira scored his first career goal in the loss to Penn on Oct. 4.

Before Cornell
Pereira was the most valuable player of the International Schools Sports League at the British School of Rio de Janeiro in 2005-06 and was a league all-star in the 2007 season. He was also an Inter-8 Futsal All-Star player and played for the Casa de Espana club in the Futsal State League.

Personal
Pedro Martini Gomes Pereira is the son of Leonardo Porciuncula Gomes Pereira and Livia Martini Gomes Pereira, and he has two sisters, one older and one younger. He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
