• Missed the season due to injury.
 

As a Junior (2017)

• Had a tremendous inaugural season for Cornell, earning eight starts in the 12 games he appeared in.
• Recorded 668 minutes on the pitch while notching eight points from three goals and two assists.
• Was clutch for the Big Red, netting two game-winning goals in overtime.
• The first came at then-No. 11 Syracuse (9/19) in his debut for Cornell while the other was against Brown (10/21).
• His other goal was versus Colgate (10/10).
• His two assists were also crucial, as both led to game winners against Harvard (10/7) and the Raiders.
 

Prior to Cornell

•  Played four years of soccer and lettered four times at Mercer Island High School where he set the school record in career goals with 56.
•  Captained Mercer Island during the 2014 and 2015 seasons.
•  Named First Team All-State in 2015.
•  Named to 2015 Seattle Times All-Area Top 11.
•  Named First Team All-Conference in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
•  Team finished as the Washington State Championships runner-up in 2012 and 2014.
•  Also a member of National Honors Society and French Honors Society.
•  Spent two seasons at NCAA Division III Haverford College where he appeared in 43 career games and made two trips to the NCAA Tournament, which includes a trip to the Elite Eight in 2015.
 

Personal

• Ryan James Hill is the son of Nancy and Virl Hill and has two brothers, Brandon and Connor.
• He is enrolled in the College of Arts & Sciences where he's majoring in physics.
