"Wyatt got a few games under his belt as a freshman and will battle an experienced group in the center of the midfield this fall."

At Cornell
Nelson saw time in five contests in 2002 and looks to bolster the Big Red midfield in 2003. His ability on both sides of the field certainly adds depth to the squad's bench.

At University Prep
Nelson was a three-time SeaTac A League all-star at University Prep and was the league MVP in 2000. His club team, FC United, was Washington state champions in 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2002. Nelson also was a member of the Washington Olympic Development Program.

Personal
Wyatt Seder Nelson is the son of Marv and Leslie Nelson. He has an older brother, Skylar, who played soccer at Creighton University. Wyatt is a mechanical and aerospace engineering major in Cornell's College of Engineering. Born: 7-29-83.
