Biography

Senior Season — 2011-12
Spettigue had a record of 12-2, which gave him — and Rishi Jalan — the best winning percentage on the team among competitors who appeared in more than half of the team's matches. Always competing in the top half of the lineup, Spettigue was a perfect 5-0 in matches at the No. 3 spot. He ended the season with eight consecutive victories in dual matches – including all three matches against Yale, Princeton and Harvard at the Potter Cup. He went on to compete in the Pool Division at the College Squash Association's Individual Championships and was tabbed to the All-Ivy League first team and All-America second team.

Junior Season — 2010-11
Spettigue consistently played well for the Big Red at No. 3 last season, finishing the year with a 15-1 record and All-Ivy and All-American honors. He also received the team award for best record and the sportsmanship award again for the third season.

Prior to Cornell
A graduate of Alexander Mackenzie HS, Spettigue was a three-year performer on his school's curling team.
