2023-24 | FRESHMAN SEASON
Competed in all eight regular season meets and the 2024 Ivy League Championship ... started season with gold in the 100 Backstroke against Binghamton and bronze in 200 Backstroke vs. St. Bonaventure ... earned third place showings in both the 100 and 200 in first Ivy tri-meet of the season against Harvard/Dartmouth ... logged 55 points for the Big Red at the 2023 Zippy Invitational, placing second overall in the 100 with a season-best 47.24 before following that up with bronze in the 200 (1:43.93) ... grabbed four more second place finishes in the 100 and 200 against Yale and to close Cornell's regular season meet schedule in Teagle Pool against Brown ... impressed in his first Ivy Championships by making the fastest final in the 100 and 200 Backstroke, grabbing 44 points combined over the two events ... also swam the first leg of Cornell's record-breaking time in the 400 Medley Relay (3:10.64).

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Conway was a four year varsity athlete for Walt Whitman HS … won class 4A/3A boys Maryland state champion his senior year … named NISCA All-American … set MCPS records in medley relay and 100 back … named all-met honorable mention his junior year and all-met second team his senior year by the Washington Post  … named a Potomac Valley Swim League scholar athlete … named to USA Scholastic All-American team his junior year.

PERSONAL
Blake Conway is the son of Melissa and Gareth Conway, and has one older brother … he is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
