Biography
At Cornell
Harpham had another strong year as a junior in 2013, leading the team as a co-captain. He scored valuable team points in both the 200 free and 200 fly at the Ivy League Championship meet and was a key contributor in dual meets throughout the season. Harpham will again be a tri-captain heading into his senior year. He was the team's highest scoring swimmer at the 2012 Ivy League Champiobships. Showing consistent improvement throughout his career, he had a breakthrough race qualifying him for the Olympic Trials in the summer of 2012.
At John Foster Dulles HS
Harpham was an all-district swimmer in the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke at John Foster Dulles HS. A two-year member of the swimming team, he was a junior national qualifier who set four individual team and was part of 10 relay team records.
Personal
Harry William Harpham is the son of Anthony and Lynn Harpham and has an older and younger sister. He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
