2021-22 l JUNIOR SEASON
Competed in all eight meets for the Big Red as well as appearing at the Ivy League Championship ... secured a fourth-place finish against Columbia in the 100-Yard Breaststroke with a time of 58.05 ... he also placed fourth against Binghamton in the same event with a time of 58.65 ... Casey brought home 13 points for Cornell in the Ivy League Championship when he placed 16th and 23rd in the 100-Yard and 200-Yard Breaststroke respectively ... Casey helped his team secure a first place finish against St. Bonaventure in the 200 Yard Medley Relay with a time of 1:33.85 ... he also helped his relay team to a third-place finish against Yale at the same event.

2020-21 l SOPHOMORE SEASON
Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 l FRESHMAN SEASON
Competed in eight meets for the Big Red during freshman campaign ... cracked Cornell’s all-time top-10 list, recording the sixth-fastest 100-breaststroke time (54.78) in Big Red history ... qualified for the A Final and finished third among 42 swimmers in the 100-breaststroke at the Zippy Invitational in a personal-best 55.17 ... made the B Final of the 200-breaststroke at the Zippy Invitational, finishing 11th with a personal-record time of 2:05.42 ... posted top-five finishes in the 100-breaststroke in Ivy League duals against Columbia and Yale.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Swam his way to All-State, All-County, and All-Long Island honors in 2016, 2017, and 2018 ... named an NISCA All-American in 2017 and 2018 ... competed on the club circuit for Team Suffolk where he was a USA Swimming Scholastic All-American in 2016, 2017, and 2018.

PERSONAL
John Herman Casey is the son of John and Kathleen Casey and has one sister ... he is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
