2022-23 l SENIOR SEASON
Competed in nine meets for the Big Red as well as the Ivy League Championship ...
Valiquette’s best race of the season came in the 200-yard IM against Binghamton where he finished second with a time of 1:54.55 ... also took home third place finishes against Yale in the 200-yard IM (1:53.57) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:05.32), against St. Bonaventure in the 200-Yard breaststroke (2:11.89), and against Brown in the 200-Yard breaststroke (2:05.54) ... brought home 17 points for Cornell in the Ivy League Championship, competing in the 200-yard breaststroke.

2021-22 l JUNIOR SEASON
Secured a third place finish against St. Bonaventure in the 200-Yard Freestyle with a time of 1:45.15 ... finished sixth in two events against Dartmouth and Harvard, the 400-Yard IM and the 200-Yard Breaststroke ... took home 82 points for Cornell at the Zippy Invitational, including a seventh place finish in the 400-Yard IM with a time of 3:59.99 ... finished fifth against Yale in the 200-Yard Butterfly with a time of 1:57.62 and third in the 200-Yard Breaststroke with a time of 2:10.17 ... secured fourth against Columbia in the 200-Yard Breaststroke with a time of 2:08.34 ... brought home four points for Cornell against Binghamton with a second place finish in 400-Yard IM ... took home 27 points for the Big Red at the Ivy League Championship, thanks in part to a 13th-place finish in the 400-Yard IM with a time of 3:53.04 ... competed in eight meets for Cornell as well as the Ivy League Championship.

2020-21 l SOPHOMORE SEASON
Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 l FRESHMAN SEASON
Raced in seven meets as a freshman, including the Ivy League Championships ... scored points for the Big Red at Ivies in the 400-IM and 200-breaststroke, notching personal-bests and cracking Cornell’s all-time top-10 list in both events ... finished 13th in the 400-IM and 21st in the 200-breaststroke, with his preliminary 400-IM (3:53.58) and 200-breaststroke (1:59.78) times ranking fifth and eighth, respectively, in Cornell history ... also notched a personal-best in the 200-IM (1:50.01) at the conference meet ... recorded a trio of top-eight finishes at Akron’s Zippy Invitational in the 400-IM (5th), 200-IM (7th), and 200-breaststroke (7th) ... captured five top-five individual finishes at dual meets during the season ... placed among the top-five in the 200-IM against Dartmouth/Harvard, Columbia, and St. Bonaventure ... added a third place finish in the 200-breastroke in Cornell’s victory over the Bonnies.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Four-year letterman at Ardrey Kell HS where he was elected team captain in 2019 ... three-time USA Swimming Scholastic All-American ... US Open Qualifier ... swam on the club circuit for SwimMac Carolina.

Jack Thomas Valiquette is the son of Tom and Amy Valiquette and has one older sister ... he is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
