At Cornell
Ciecimirski once again demonstrated his commitment to the team through his hard work and dedication. While at Cornell, Ciecimirski has been committed to the program and has made good improvements. After deciding he wanted to focus more on sprint events, he spent much of his time in the weight room getting stronger. With added power, the program is looking forward to seeing time drops in his seasons to come at Cornell.

At Suffield Academy
Ciecimirski was a three-time NISCA All-American at the Suffield Academy, helping lead his team to three New England Prep School titles. He set the NEPSAC and Suffield Academy 400 free record as a junior. A two-year team captain, Ciecimirski was the team most valuable swimmer in each of his four seasons in the pool. He also competed in water polo, where he earned NISCA All-America honors as a senior and was a three-year team captain, and was a member of ther 2010 NEPSAC track and field team champions. 

Personal
Leszek Evan Ciecimirski is the son of John and Tina Ciecimirski. He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
