Cornell University Athletics

• Raced in all nine meets for Cornell as a sophomore, including the Ivy League Championships.
• Competed in the 500-freestyle, 1000-freestyle, and 1650-freestyle at Ivies, putting points on the board in all three races.
• Placed 13th and 14th, respectively, in the 1000-freestyle (9:14.18) and 1650-freestyle (15:34.92) at the Ivy Championships.
• Both times are among the top-10 fastest in Cornell history, as his 1000-freestyle mark ranks fifth all-time and 1650-freestyle mark sits seventh.
• Qualified for the C Final of the 500-freestyle at Ivies after posting the sixth-best time (4:27.90) in school history in prelims, finishing 23rd overall.
• Notched a top-three finish in the 500-freestyle three times during the season, including a second place showing among 41 swimmers at the Zippy Invitational.

• Swam in the eighth place 800 free relay with a time of 6:39.74 at the Ivy Championship, earning the seventh-fastest time in school history.
• Placed 15th in the 1,000 free at the Ivy League Championship.
• Took 22nd place in the 500 free prelims with a time of 4:28.10 at the Ivy Championship, ranking No. 6 all-time in school history.
• Top finisher for Cornell in the 1,000 free with a time of 9:14.84 at the Ivy League Championship, ranking No. 5 all-time at Cornell.
• Placed 19th in the mile at the Ivy League Championship, ranking No. 7 all-time at Cornell.
• Achieved four season best times.

• Blitz was a six-time NISCA All-American in the 200 and 500 free while attending Torrey Pines HS.
• Captured 12 CIF San Diego titles.
• Named a U.S.A. Swimming Scholastic All-American three straight years.
• Elected captain as a senior.

• Jordan Blitz is the son of Alan and Kelly Blitz and has a younger sister.
• He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
