At Cornell
In his junior year, Julian Chan is expected to continue to contribute to the team's success in both the 100 and 200 breaststroke. He had the team's third best time in the 200 breast last year and won that event vs. Binghamton.
Prior to Cornell
Chan was a member of the St. George's School's swimming team for five years. His accomplishments earned him a spot as a member of Team British Columbia. As team captain, he finished as an eight-time British Columbia high school champion. He ranked in the top-10 in the national standings in the breaststroke. Chan was also a member of the UBC Dolphins.
Personal
Julian Chan is the son of Johnson and Megumi Chan, and he has one younger sister. He is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
