At Cornell
After a very successful frosh and sophomore campaign, Kevin Brazitis returns for his junior season primed to have an even better junior campaign.
He had the team's best time last season in both the 50 and 100 freestyle and the third best time in the 200 event. His time of 45.20 in the 100 and 20.66 in the 50 were good for eighth and 10th all-time, respectively, in the Big Red's record books. Brazitis won the 100 free vs Brown and was also the team's top finisher at the Ivy championships in that event in 2009-10.
At Manheim Township
Brazitis was a four-time letter winner in swimming at Manheim Township HS. During his senior season, he was named the team's captain, and he holds school records in the 100 freestyle, the 100 butterfly and the 200 free relay. Brazitis was a four-time high school All-American.
Personal
Kevin M. Brazitis is the son of Mark and Debra Brazitis, and he has an older sister and an older brother. He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
