Biography
As a freshman (2019-20)
• Competed in four meets for the Big Red as a freshman.
• Notched a season-best 240.45 points in prelims of the 1-meter diving at the Zippy Invitational.
• Also competed in the 1-meter at dual meets against Binghamton, Columbia, and Yale.
Prior to Cornell
• Four-year member of the swim and dive team at Esperanza HS.
• Three-time All-American and two-time state qualifier.
• Competed on the club circuit for the Mission Viejo Natadores where he was a 10-time National qualifier.
Personal
• Mohammad Noah Kanan is the son of Sa’d and Kimberly Kanan and has two brothers and one sister.
• He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
