Biography
At Cornell
Wilson had a strong junior season in leading the team through dual meets by swimming mainly distance events. Wilson showed versatility at the Ivy League Championships by making four out of five of the Big Red relays. He scored points for the team in the 500, 1000 and 1650 free, making him the team’s third-highest point scorer. Wilson was voted as a tri-captain by his teammates for his senior year. Wilson has become a great leader of the distance group for the Big Red.
Prior to Cornell
Wilson was a six-time conference champion at Science Hill HS. He helped his school to four consecutive league titles, including as a senior captain. While swimming for the Barracuda Swim Club, Wilson finished seventh at the junior nationals in the mile.
Personal
Taylor Glenn Wilson is the son of Gary and Fran Wilson and has two younger sisters and a younger brother. He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
