Biography
At Cornell:
Trofa's college career started strong, with him making the Heps squad in his first cross country season on Cornell's team. After a disappointing cross country season the following year, Trofa returned to the track, setting personal records in the mile (4:23.72), 5K (14:54.20), and qualifying for the IC4A championships in the 10K with a time of 30:36.09.
Before Cornell
Trofa earned all-state and all-New England honors in cross country as both a junior and a senior, while also competing in indoor and outdoor track and field.
Personal
Adam Michael Trofa is the son of Michaelangelo and Denise Trofa and has an older sister. He is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
