At Cornell
Anthony is a two-sport athlete, as he splits his time between the football team where he is an up and coming running back and the track team. He was Cornell’s top javelin thrower last year. As a freshman he was an IC4A qualifier in the javelin and his throw of 194’9 ranks him 8th all time at Cornell for the new javelin. A solid technician, look for Ambrosi to improve and to break that 200’ mark this year.
Before Cornell
Anthony was the 2007 NE Prep school champion in the javelin as well as a starter on the football team.
Personal
Anthony Ambrosi is the son of Phillip and Roberta Ambrosi and has an older and younger brother. He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
