Set his personal-best 500m and ran the 4x400 at the Southern Tier Invite, earning second in both... earned his personal-best 800m at the Alex Wilson Invite... Set his personal-best 1k (2:23.51) at the Indoor Heptagonal Championship, earning second.
2022-23 I SOPHOMORE SEASON Â
Ran his personal-best 1500m and 800m at the UConn Dog Fight and Transatlantic Series respectively... saw action at indoor and outdoor Heps.Â
2021-22 I FRESHMAN SEASONÂ
Earned his personal-best 1k at the Indoor Heptagonal Championships... set a career-best mile at the Villanova Invitational... collected first-place finishes in the DMR and 800m.Â
PRIOR TO CORNELL
Served as team captain for the 2019 and 2020 seasons… was named South Jersey Runner of The Year in 2020… received all-conference honors each year from 2017-2020… aided in the 2020 Colonial Conference Championship… secured the Gloucester County Championship in 2019 and 2020… was apart of the National Honors Society… served as class secretary.
