As a Sophomore (2019-20)
• Did not compete in any meets.
As a Freshman (2018-19)
• Competed in 12 meets in the long and triple jump.
• Placed sixth in the triple jump at the Ivy League Indoor Heps Championships (2/23-24).
• Finished 10th at the Outdoor Heps Championships (5/4-5).
• Competed in the triple jump at the NCAA DI East Region Prelim (5/23-25).
• Jumped for the 10th-best indoor triple jump in program history, and the freshman record, at the Indoor Heps Championships.
Before Cornell
• Was a four-time letterwinner for the track and field squad at South Effingham High School.
• Claimed the AAU Junior Olympic triple jump national championship in the summer of 2018, where he set a new personal record by nearly two feet, leaping 50 feet and 6.75 inches.
• He holds a personal best in the long jump of 22 feet and 8 inches.
• Scott captured the Region 2 5A triple jump title as well as the state 5A title.
• His best mark set the county record in triple jump.
• Also lettered in basketball and football.
• Was a recipient of the Wendy’s Heisman Award.

• Darius Elias Scott is the son of Roger Scott Sr. and Sonja Scott and he has two brothers.
• He is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
