Biography
At Cornell: Eric[apos]s junior season was marked by consistent improvement. Indoors, he ran a personal best 8.2 for 60-meter hurdles, the fourth-best time ever at Cornell. Getting stronger and more confident with every race he finished sixth at the outdoor Heps in the 110 hurdles, running a 14.87. Voted the team[apos]s best hurdler in 2002, he has excellent flexibility and quickness. Eric claimed the Cornell Invitational championship after running a 14.5. He should again be among the league[apos]s dominant hurdlers in 2004.
Top Performances: 60-meter hurdles--8.2; 110-meter hurdles--14.83.
At Brookfield: A member of the track, basketball and volleyball teams at Brookfield Central HS, Eric was a multiple letter winner. His high school track career was cut short by injury, but his best times came his junior year, when he was a state qualifier and fourth-place finisher, earning all-state honors.
Personal: Eric Bernard Pedersen is the son of Conrad and Angela Pedersen and has a younger sister. Born: 2-7-82.
