As a Senior (2019-20)
• Competed with weight throw in five meets.
• Notched three top-five placements.
• Recorded a personal record of 17.38m at the Marc Deneault Invitational (2/22).
• Placed 11th at Indoor Heps (2/29-3/1).
As a Junior (2018-19)
• Threw weight throw in five meets during indoor track season.
• Recorded four top-five placements.
• Threw for a season-best of 16.15m at the Upstate Challenge (1/19).
As a Sophomore (2017-18)
• Competed at both Heps meets, placing eighth in the discus (146-6) and hammer throw with a new personal best (178-8) during outdoors and 11th in the weight throw (49-11 3/4) at indoors.
• Won the weight throw at the Greg Page Relays (54-5 1/4).
• Set PR in the weight throw (55-6 1/4) at the Sunday Invitational to take second.
• Collected seven top-three finishes throughout the year.
As a Freshman (2016-17)
• Had a strong debut season for Cornell in the throws, earning four top 10 finishes in the weight throw, three in the discus and two in the hammer throw.
• Indoors, finished sixth in the weight throw at the Southern Tier Collegiate Open, Nittany Lion Challenge and the Marc Deneault Memorial – hitting his collegiate best of 51’9.75” at that meet.
• Outdoors, had a fifth place finish in the discus at the Ithaca College Tuesday Meet and at the Big Red Outdoor Invitational, he finished eighth in both the discus (150’2”) and hammer (153’7”) - both collegiate bests.
Before Cornell
• In addition to throwing the shotput and discus, Enriquez also ran the 110 meter and 300 meter hurdles.

• James Aaron Enriquez is the son of Jimmy and Mandy Enriquez.
• He has an older brother, Cameron, and an older sister, Ashley.
• He is enrolled in the SC Johnson College of Business.
