• Closed out the 2019 outdoor season at the 125th Penn Relays with a 5000m PR of 14:50.86 (4/25-27).
• Ran in six indoor meets.
• Earned four top-five finishes, including a mile PR at the Robert J Kane Invitational (4:26.91, 1/26).
• Acquired a 3000m PR, with a time of 8:21.19, and a 17th-place finish at the ECAC/IC4A Indoor Championships on Mar. 1-3.

• Won track and field MVP for Minisink Valley high school on 3 occasions. .
