Set a new PB in the mile at the PSU Sykes & Sabock Challenge with a time of 8:25.60, placing sixth... set a new 5000m PB at the Bison Outdoor Classic with a time of 14:39.56, placing 35th... capped off his junior year with a third place finish in the 5000 at the Big Red Invite, finishing in 14:55.43.
2023-24 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Earned personal-best Mile (4:18.99) at the Southern Tier Invite, placing fourth... ran personal-best 3k at the Wesley A Brown Invitational with a time of 8:52.77.Â
2022-23 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Set personal-best 1500m at the UCONN Dog Fight (4:08.31).
PRIOR TO CORNELL
Served as team Captain from 2018-2020, recognized as the League MVP in 2019, and team MVP from 2018-2020… earned All-League recognition from 2017-2020, All-Section (2017 and 2019), and All-State (2019)… recognized as Milesplit CA Freshman of the Year in 2017… track and field team Captain 2019-21… earned League 3200m Championship in 2019.
