As a Senior (2013-14)
Rabbitt continued to be one of the Big Red’s top multi-event presences in his senior season. The highlight of his indoor season was the Indoor Heps where he posted a career best heptathlon score of 5136 in a 3rd place finish. The following week he against scored a 3rd place finish at the IC4A’s to conclude the indoor season. His first major multi-event of the outdoor season came at the Penn Relays, where he took home a 5th place finish in the decathlon. He again stepped up his performance at the Heps, taking home 3rd place with a career best decathlon score of 7264.

As a Junior (2012-13)
Rabbitt switched to Cornell's main multi eventer during his third year with the team, setting personal bests in the heptathlon and the decathlon in 2012-13. He competed in the heptathlon at the Indoor Heps, placing seventh with 4,875 points to just miss scoring. He was also in the decathlon at the Outdoor Heps, placing fourth to score four points for Cornell with a personal-record score of 6,928. His personal record in the heptathlon came at the Upstate Challenge in mid-January.

As a Sophomore (2011-12)
Rabbitt got his sophomore year off to a strong start, taking fourth place in the 400 at the Indoor Heps with a time of 49.87 seconds. He was also the second leg of the Big Red's sixth-place distance medley relay that took sixth place. Rabbitt earned a qualification for the Indoor IC4As, where he took 22nd place in the 400. Outdoors, he just missed qualifying for the 400 hurdles finals at the Outdoor Heps when he finished in 56.77 seconds. He scored 4,890 points in the heptathlon during the indoor season, a score that is now the ninth-best ever at Cornell.

As a Freshman (2010-11)
After a rough start due to a knee injury, Rabbitt came back to compete in the Heptathalon at the Ivy League Championships, placing sixth and setting a new freshman record and personal record with a score of 4739.

Before Cornell
Mike was the Division 2 state champion for pentathlon in New York. He also led his team to two sectional titles, earning seven individual sectional titles in the process. Mike also placed fourth at indoor states for high jump his senior year. He also earned two letters in football and one in volleyball.
