2024-25 | JUNIOR SEASON
Took first in the 60m hurdles at the Greg Page Relays & Multi with a time of 8.00... took first in the 60m hurdles at the Southern Tier Invite with a time of 8.13...took first in the 60m hurdles at the Upstate Challenge in 8.00...took silver in 60m hurdles at the PSU Sykes & Sabock Challenge in 8.01...took gold at the Kane Invite in 60m hurdles in 7.91...placed third in 400m hurdles at South Florida Invitational in 52.16...set new PB at the Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track & Field Championships in 400m hurdles with a time of 51.65... set a new PB in 110m hurdles at Cornell Last Chance Twilight meet with a time of 13.86... qualified for NCAA Division I East First Round in 110m hurdles where he placed 26th with a time of 14.01.

2023-24 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Earned personal-best 500m at the Greg Pages Relays (1:09.91)... placed first in the 60m hurdles and 4x400 at the Southern Tier Invite... finished on top at the Bomber Invitational in the 60m hurdles... set personal best 60m hurdles at the Marc Deneault Invitational, placing second with a time of 7.98...placed third at Indoor Heps in the 60m hurdles... won the Sam Howell Invitational in 110m hurdles with personal-best time of 14.16 seconds... took the 400m hurdles title at Penn Invitational... had a first place finish in 110m hurdles at the Larry Ellis Invitational... placed first in 400m hurdles at Big Red Invite...  set personal-best 400m hurdles (51.76) at Outdoor Heps, placing fourth...competed at NCAA first round in 400m hurdles.

2022-23 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Set personal-best 200m at the the Southern Tier Invite... placed fifth at the Kane Invitational with personal-best 300m (36.66)... appeared in 12 meet with 13 top-five event finishes.

PRIOR TO CORNELL  
Canadian national track and field champion 2019 and 2022... a part of team Canada at u20 worlds 2022 and team Ontario 2019-2023... Ontario record holder 2019... Ontario provincial champion 2019-2022... member of high school baseball team.
 
PERSONAL  
Ryder James King is the son of Jeff and Michelle King... he has one brother, Spencer... he is enrolled in the college of Engineering.
