As a Junior (2013-14)
Reis again contributed in the middle distances and relay teams in his junior season. He marked a career best 500 time of 1:07.94 in a 5th place finish at the Cornell Southern Tier Collegiate Open. His best performance of the year came at the Deneault Memorial. He posted a career best 600 time of 1:27.09 to grab 7th place, while he also helped the 4x8 relay team to a 1st place finish at the event.

As a Sophomore (2012-13)
Reis continued to participate in the middle distances for the Big Red in his second season. His best showing came at the Cornell Southern Tier College Open where he posted a 1:08.86 in the 500 to take the top spot at the event.

As a Freshman (2011-12)
Reis was a solid contributor in the middle distances for the Big Red in his freshman season. He posted a career best 1:57.21 to bring home 9th place in the 800 at the Penn State Nittany Lion Challenge. He posted a career best 2:35.04 in a 10th place finish in the 1000 at the Kane Invitational.

Before Cornell
Reis qualified for the New York state meet in the 800, 1600 relay, and 3200 relay, holding school records in these events at Cooperstown Central. Reis also qualified for the state cross country meet as a senior and competed for four years in swimming.

Personal
William Allan Reis is the son of Andrew and Anne Reis. His brother, Brian, graduated from Harvard in 2012 where he spent four years as a member of the cross country and track and field teams. William is a student in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
