As a Junior (2019-20)
• Competed in high and triple jump in eight meets on the season.
• Recorded only top-five placements, with three first-place finishes in triple jump.
• Placed in the high jump (seventh) and the triple jump (sixth) at Indoor Heps (2/29-3/1).
As a Sophomore (2018-19)
• Recorded nine top-five placements.
• Finished second in triple jump at the Upstate Challenge (1/19) and the Kane Invitational (1/26).
• Placed second in high jump at the Sunday Invitational (2/10).
As a Freshman (2017-18)
• Competed in the high jump and triple jump, earning two victories in the triple jump.
• Won the triple jump at the Sunday Invitational (46-3 1/2) and Big Red Outdoor Invitational with a personal-best mark (47-3 3/4).
• Saw action at the Indoor Heps, taking eighth in the triple jump with a PR (47-3 3/4) and 10th in the high jump (6-3 1/2).
• Garnered nine top-five finishes throughout the season.
Prior to Cornell
• Graduating from Danbury High School in Connecticut,
Tumani is a good all-round jumper with experience in long, triple and high jump.
• We believe he will take the quickest to the triple jump with a high school PR of 45'6.75.
• Definitely someone to watch as he develops in the jumps.

• Tumani Kamau Edwards is the son of Orland Edwards and Tamieka Teape-Edwards.
• Has two brothers.
