Earned personal-best Mile at the ECAC Indoor Championship with a time of 4:09.60... ran personal-best 1500m at the Virginia Challenge (3:47.79)... appeared at the Outdoor Heps.
2022-23 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Set personal-best 1k (2:34.00) at the Southern Tier... placed first in the 3000m steeplechase with a personal-best time of 9:41.61)... ran personal-best 3000m at the Boston University Season Opener (8:24.69).
PRIOR TO CORNELL
Aided in a State Championship Triple Crown (team): Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor state champion in 2021/2022 school year… Earned an individual Maryland Outdoor State Championship in the 1600 (2022)… three-time Indoor All American (2019, 2020, 2021) (2019 and 2020 with 3 other people in a relay and 2021 was an individual title in the mile)… set six total school records.
