2024-25 | JUNIOR SEASON
Opened his junior year with a four place finish in the mile at the Greg Page Relays and Multi in 4:26.03...set a new PB in the mile at the Ithaca Bomber Outdoor Invite, placing 5th with a time of 4:20.67... placed second in the 3000m with a new PB of 8:31.47 at the Marc Denault Invitational... placed ninth in the 1500m at the Transatlantic Series with a time of 4:01.13.

2023-24 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Set personal-best Mile (4:22.88) at the Southern Tier Invite, placing fifth... placed second with a personal-best 5k at the Marc Deneault Invitational (15:27.01)... competed at the Cortland Classic in 3000m steeplechase and set personal-best, placing second with a time of 9:48.51... ran personal-best 1500m at the Big Red Invite (3:58.91).

2022-23 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Did not compete freshman season.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Two-year team captain on XC and T/F… First Team All-NY Cross Country in 2021… Nike Cross Regionals First Team in 2021… Section 6 Senior of the Year 2021… Two-time Section 6 Cross Country Champion… 2021 All-NY Sportsmanship Award… Four-time Nike & New Balance Nationals runner… 2022 All-NY Sportsmanship Award, school record holder in indoor 3200m, outdoor 3000m steeplechase, and outdoor 4x1600m relay.

Zachary Nelson Winnicki is the son of Jason and Tricia Winnicki… has two sisters… he is enrolled in the College of Human Ecology.
