At Cornell
In his junior season, Rhodes rowed in the third varsity eight that finished in fifth place overall at the 2014 Eastern Sprints. The crew, which entered the weekend as the eight-seed, went on to win the Petite Finals at the 2014 IRA Regatta to place seventh overall. As a sophomore, Rhodes rowed in the third varsity eight that placed eighth at the 2013 EARC Sprints. He rowed in the open four B race at the 2012 IRA Championship during his rookie season.
