Biography

As a senior (2019-20)

• Rowed on the Cornell E 4+ boat in Flight 1 at the Cornell Autumn Classic, as the team completed the race in 13:06.79.
• Helped the Cornell C 8+ boat to an 11th place finish among 22 boats in Flight 2 of the Cornell Autumn Classic with a time of 11:54.95.
• Spring 2020 season canceled due to COVID-19.

As a junior (2018-19)

• Rowed in six regattas as a junior, starting out on the fourth varsity eight and working his way up to the third varsity eight by the end of the season.
• Competed on the third varsity eight at the 2019 EARC Sprints and the 2019 IRA National Championships.
• Helped the third varsity eight to a fifth place finish in the Petite Final at the EARC Sprints, placing 11th overall.
• Guided the third varsity eight to a victory in the Third Level Final at the IRA National Championships, finishing 13th overall.
• Rowed on the first varsity four against No. 12 Penn and Georgetown, helping the boat win its race and guiding Cornell to the James Wray Memorial Trophy.

As a sophomore (2017-18)

• Rowed in the fourth varsity eight throughout the 2017-18 season.
• Helped the fourth varsity eight to victory in the Petite Final at the 2018 EARC Sprints to take seventh place finish overall.

As a freshman (2016-17)

• Consistent member of the third varsity eight during his rookie season.
• Helped the crew to a victory over Penn.
• Rowed with the third varsity eight at the 2017 EARC Sprints, taking third in the Petite Final and ninth overall.
• Also helped the crew place fifth in the Petite Final and eleventh overall at the 2017 IRA National Championships.

Prior to Cornell 

• Earned three varsity letters at Brophy College Preparatory, serving as team captain during his senior year.
• Won a bronze medal in the men’s quad at the 2016 US Rowing Youth Championships, and took 11th place in the men's double at the 2015 US Rowing Youth Championships.
• Won the team’s Top Varsity award for the 2015-2016 season.

Personal

• Constantine Nicholas Theodore is the son of Nicholas ’85 and Effie Theodore and he has one brother.
• Enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
