Biography
At Cornell
Crossley rowed in the second varsity eight as a junior, helping the crew to take second in the Petite Final to finish eighth overall at the 2014 Eastern Sprints. The boat then bested its seed by one spot at the 2014 IRA Regatta, finishing ninth overall. As a sophomore, Crossley rowed in the second varsity eight that won the Petite Finals at the 2013 EARC Sprints for seventh place overall before taking eighth at the 2013 IRA Regatta.
Prior to Cornell
Crossley was a two-time letter winner at the Lakeside School where he placed fourth at the Youth 4+ National Championship and received the Novice Hammer Award in 2009. He also competed with the Seattle Area Rowing Association, which won the Club National Junior 8+ Championship. Crossley was also a four-time letter winner in football, named to the all-metro second team as a junior.
Personal
Jason Richard Crossley is the son of Jon and Gretchen Crossley and he has a twin brother as well as a younger sister. He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
