Biography
As a sophomore (2019-20)
• Rowed on the Cornell D 4+ boat in Flight 1 at the Cornell Autumn Classic, as the team completed the race in 12:59.53.
• Guided the Cornell B 8+ boat to a top-10 finish in Flight 2 at the Cornell Autumn Classic, as the squad placed 10th out of 22 boats with a time of 11:48.43.
• Spring 2020 season canceled due to COVID-19.
As a freshman (2018-19)
• Rowed in five regattas as a freshman, spending time on the third and fourth varsity eight boats.
• Helped the third varsity eight to a fifth place showing in the Petite Final at the 2019 EARC Springs, finishing 11th overall.
• Competed on the fourth varsity eight against Harvard and George Washington, Syracuse and Navy, and Yale and Princeton.
• Rowed on the second varsity four against Penn and Georgetown.
Prior to Cornell
• Rowed for Bolles School and Culver Academies.
• Gold medal in the men’s junior 8+ at the 2017 USRowing Club Nationals.
• Bronze medal in the men’s intermediate 8+ at the 2017 USRowing Club Nationals.
• Gold in the men’s junior 8+ at the 2017 Youth Regional Challenge.
Personal
• Patrick Murphy Moore is the son of Peter and Margaret Moore and he has two brothers.
• Enrolled in the College of Architecture, Art and Planning.
