At Cornell
In his junior season, Steadman rowed in the fourth varsity eight that finished in sixth place overall at the 2014 Eastern Sprints. As a sophomore, Steadman rowed in the freshmen eight that earned the bronze medal at the 2013 EARC Sprints before finishing just outside the medals with a fourth-place finish at the 2013 IRA Regatta.
