As a sophomore (2019-20)
• Did not compete (Spring 2020 season canceled due to COVID-19).
Prior to Cornell
• Nationally-ranked debater and captain of the debate team at Mira Loma HS.
• Competed in International tournaments, representing the United States in Canada, Europe, and South America.
• Named a 2019 Global Teen Leader.
• Also played four years of basketball and competed in three years of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Personal
• Teevyah Yuva Raju is the daughter of Yuva Raju Palaniappan and Kala Yuva Raju and has one younger sister.
• She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
