Exclusively raced with 1V8+ during spring portion of season, competing out of No. 2, No. 7, and stroke seats ... aided crew to first-place finishes against Drexel (March 29), Holy Cross (May 2), and Oregon State (May 3) ... also finished first in 'CD' Semifinals (May 31) and 'C' Final (June 1) at IRA National Championship, where crew placed 13th overall ... raced with 2V4+ at Head of the Charles (Oct. 20).

2023-24 | JUNIOR SEASON
Raced primarily with 1V8+ during spring season, aiding crew to first-place finishes against Oregon State (May 3) and Holy Cross (May 4) ... placed first in 'C' Final at IRA National Championship (June 2) ... also appeared in 2V8+ at Goes Trophy (April 20) and Carnegie Cup (April 27) ... raced at Head of the Charles (Oct. 22) with 1V4+ ... concluded fall slate with 1V8+ and 1V4+ crews against Dartmouth and Syracuse (Nov. 4).

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Served as team captain ... took third place in lightweight 8+ at Youth National Championship in 2019 ... at Crash B Sprints earned third in U23 Lightweight category.

Thomas Kunkler is the son of Robert and Reaney Kunkler, and has two sisters ... enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
