PRIOR TO CORNELL
Earned first-team Foothill League honors in 2024, 2025 and 2026 at Valencia HS… two-year team captain… helped lead the team to Foothill League championships in 2023 and 2024… CIF Ford Scholar Athlete of the Year as a senior… earned CIF Division III all-tournament honors in 2025… received Foothill League Honorable Mention in 2023… a four-time varsity letter winner and four-time scholar athlete… played club for Wildcats Weil, earning Extra Innings Softball All-American honors in 2024 and second-team Extra Innings Class of 2026 recognition in 2025… ranked sixth among catchers in the West by Extra Innings in 2025 and 26th nationally in 2022… participated in the P5 Futures Games in 2025 and the COS Sparkler Future Star Game in 2023… named a Colorado All-American in 2022… helped her club team finish as PGF 14U Platinum runner-up in 2022.

Blair Hunter Rune is the daughter of Les and Collette Rune and has one older sister, Nicole, who attends San Diego State … she is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
