Biography

At Cornell
Begley is a three-year member of the scout team who will look to earn more time on the offensive line in 2012. He was listed on the two-deep for much of his junior season. Begley played on the junior varsity in 2009 and will attempt to earn a spot in the rotation on the offensive line as a sophomore. Begley is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

At Shelton
An all-state and all-league selection as a senior at Shelton HS, Begley was a three-year letter winner on the offensive line. He was part of two conference championship teams and helped lead his team to a state runner-up finish in 2007. The team captain of both his football and track and field teams, Begley saw action on both the offensive and defensive lines.

Jonathan Lee Begley is the son of John and Susan Begley and has a brother and two sisters.
