As a junior (2014)
Baker hit .167 with two doubles and a home run in 17 contests, including five starts. Baker hit her first home run in a Cornell uniform with a solo shot at Georgetown and also drove in runs against Albany and Columbia.

As a sophomore (2013)
Baker saw action in nine games with two starts. She drove in a run during a 1-for-2 effort that included a walk against Ithaca College.

At Tompkins Cortland Community College
Baker earned first team National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) All-America accolades as a freshman at TC3 after setting numerous school records. She batted.489 with 22 doubles, 10 home runs, and 61 RBI – all either setting or tying TC3 season records. She had a school-record 25-game hitting streak and a slugging percentage of .881, the second best in TC3 history. In the circle, Baker pitched in five games, going 5-0 with an ERA of 1.70 and striking out 32 in 24.2 innings. She earned national all-tournament team accolades after helping her team to a third-place national finish that included a 35-5 overall record.

At Dallas HS
Baker was a three-time all-state selection at Dallas HS. She helped her team to two conference and district titles. Baker was a four-time all-star pick and earned Citizens Voice and Times Leader all-star honors three times each.

Personal
Kristan Victoria Baker is the daughter of Bruce and Janet Baker and has two older brothers and a younger sister. She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
