2025 | FRESHMAN SEASON
Appeared in eight games … recorded 125 rushing yards and a touchdown on 32 carries while adding 16 receptions for 177 yards … completed 6-of-11 passes for 52 yards … posted a breakout performance in the season finale at Penn with 58 rushing yards and a touchdown while adding six receptions for 67 yards and completing a 29-yard pass … rushed for 42 yards and completed 5-of-8 passes against St. Thomas Aquinas … had three receptions for 19 yards at Mansfield … recorded multiple receptions in five contests on the season.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Earned all-state and all-county honors at Manhasset HS ... named to the Golden 11 team ... played both quarterback and wide receiver ... also lettered twice in lacrosse and once in track and field ... captured the James C Metzger Leadership Award with lacrosse ... gained all-conference accolades as a junior in track and field.

PERSONAL
Kyle Martin Melkonian is the son of Aimee and Ryan '92 Melkonian and has a brother, Luke '25, and three sisters ... his cousin Michael plays on the men's lacrosse team ... he is enrolled in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
