2026 | JUNIOR SEASON
Earned Academic All-Ivy honors… appeared in 19 games with seven starts in the circle with 46.0 total innings pitched… posted a 3-2 record with one save while striking out 12 batters… delivered a strong outing at Bucknell, tossing 4.0 scoreless innings in a win while allowing just four hits… recorded a season highlight performance on April 18 against Columbia, firing 2.0 perfect innings with three strikeouts… logged her longest outing of the season on April 12 at Dartmouth, working 5.1 innings in a high-scoring conference game… also produced a multi-inning relief effort in a win at Dartmouth on April 11, combining for 2.2 scoreless frames across two appearances that day… posted a 3.1-inning outing with one earned run allowed against Lehigh.

2025 | SOPHOMORE SEASON
Made eight appearances in the circle… logged 9.1 innings in a relief role.

2024 | FRESHMAN SEASON
Pitched in 10 games with two starts… pitched 21.1 innings… struck out eight batters… pitched 6.1 innings and allowed no runs and four hits in Cornell’s shutout win over Brown on April 15… that was her first collegiate win.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Recognized as an first-team all-league pitcher as a junior at Pennsbury HS ... helped her team to three league titles (2021-23) ... was a member of the National Honors Society.

PERSONAL
Laney Grace Freiband is the daughter of Keith and Tiffany Freiband and has a brother ... she is enrolled in the SC Johnson College of Business.
