2026 | SOPHOMORE SEASON
Played in 35 games with 25 starts… batted .294 with 20 hits, 17 runs scored, four doubles, one home run and seven RBI… drew 11 walks, stole three bases and posted a .393 on-base percentage… delivered a breakout performance against Morgan State on Feb. 28, going 2-for-2 with a home run, four runs scored and three RBI… posted a season-high three hits against Lehigh on March 8… added a multi-hit performance at Harvard on April 3 with a double and RBI… recorded her first extra-base hit of the season against Merrimack on March 1, a double in back-to-back games of the series.

2025 | FRESHMAN SEASON
Played in 21 games with 11 starts… recorded three hits, including two doubles… drove in five runs and scored five.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Pate was the San Diego City League Player of the Year in 2024...helped her team achieve two city league championships ...captained the team through its 2023 and 2024 seasons...named to the San Diego Eastern League First Team in 2021...two-time San Diego City League First Team All League Honors...named to the San Diego City League Second Team All League in 2023...earned the title of CHS Female Athlete of the Year and CHS Most Valuable Player in 2024...played club for Power Surge Berndes, Power Surge Berndes Trammel and Firecrackers Brachear Hicks 18U...also captained the basketball team and participated in sideline cheerleading as a base/flier.

Susanna Jo Pate is the daughter of William and Greta Pate and has an older brother...she is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
